Alternative financing provider to double team size by adding invoice financing

One Stop Business Finance, based in East Yorkshire, is set to experience substantial further growth this summer with the launch of a new company and doubling the size of its team.

The next stage of expansion for the seven-year-old Laytham business will see the creation of One Stop Invoice Finance Ltd, while 12 new staff are in sight as the original element expands its footprint.

The billing element will be led by a new “highly experienced corporate finance professional” with roles such as chief operations and risk officer, relationship manager and credit controller.

Andrew Mackenzie, Managing Director, said: “The business has continued to grow rapidly, despite the impact of the pandemic on our working capital loans and, as with all of our expansion to date, our future recruitment will be fully funded. by the cash that we have generated.

“We had always planned to expand into the North, but our bill financing plans were accelerated by a few years as we found an exceptional candidate at the right time.

“With our fantastic rural office location, we are confident that we will attract high caliber staff to the invoice finance team and, following our recent appearance in the 50 fastest growing companies of Ward Hadaway, we believe we offer exceptional employment opportunities.”

Sustained profitable growth has been achieved since growing the business which provides alternative finance to companies with a turnover of up to £25m per annum.

Rachel Mackenzie assumes the role of Director of Business Development for the North and must put together a team of six business development managers, returning from maternity leave.

The Midlands team, managed by Rebecca Ennis, will expand further south with the recruitment of three new business development managers.
